St. Charles College joyfully celebrated International Women’s Day on March 8, 2025, honoring the strength, resilience, and contributions of women.

The event was presided over by Rev. Sr. Dr. Amali Anbarasi, Secretary, and the Chief Guest, Mrs. Kayalvizhi, Panchayat President of Nagar, Ulundurpet, delivered an inspiring address on women empowerment and their pivotal role in society. Dr. S. William Suresh Kumar, Principal, extended his felicitations, adding to the significance of the occasion.

 

The celebration featured:

 – A dance performance by male students

 – A special audiovisual tribute showcasing women staff members

 – Fun games for female staff and students

 – A cake-cutting ceremony, spreading joy and togetherness

 

A unique highlight of the event was that the entire programme was meticulously organized by male staff and students as a heartfelt tribute to the women of the institution, recognizing their invaluable contributions.

 

The event concluded with an acknowledgment address by Rev. Sr. Dr. Amali Anbarasi, leaving a lasting impression of appreciation and empowerment.
