With immense joy and gratitude, St. Charles College of Arts and Science, Eraiyur successfully organized an 08 KM Mini Marathon on 22nd August 2025 under the inspiring theme “Save Agri! Save Our Generation.”

 

The marathon witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, faculty, and well-wishers, spreading awareness on the importance of agriculture and sustainability for future generations.

 

We were honored by the presence of our Chief Guests – Mr. P. Ashokan, B.Com, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Ulundurpet, and Mr. TMR KALIYAN, Farmer, Koo. Thangal – who encouraged and motivated the participants with their inspiring words.

 

Special appreciation goes to our respected Rev. Sr. Dr. Amali Anbarasi SCB, Secretary, Rev. Sr. Cynthia Robinson SCB, Dr. S. William Suresh Kumar, Principal, and the Vice-Principal for their blessings, guidance, and continuous support.

 

The event was well-supported by the medical team from Elavanasurkottai Government Hospital, who ensured first aid facilities, ambulance services, and medical equipment throughout the marathon.
