On September 28, 2024, St. Charles College of Arts and Science successfully conducted a Faculty Development Programme titled “Effective Modes of Teaching to Enhance Students’ Academic Achievement.” The session was led by Rev. Fr. Dr. Dominic Royce, Campus Treasurer of St. Xavier’s Institutions, Palayamkottai.

The programme aimed to equip faculty members with innovative teaching strategies and methodologies that can significantly improve student engagement and learning outcomes. Rev. Fr. Dr. Dominic Royce shared valuable insights on effective teaching practices and the importance of adapting to diverse learning styles.
