About The Event
On September 09, 2023 St.Charles College of Arts and Science, Eraiyur, Celebrated its 5th Annual Sports Meet amid great enthusiasm in the college campus. The Chief Guest was Thiru.R. Kumaraguru, Ex-Member of Legislative Assembly, Ulundurpet Constituency and the Guest of Honor was M.C. Arockia das Ex- Distric Counselor . At the very onset of the event, National flag, Olympic Flag and the College Flag was hoisted. Our College athletes carried the Olympic Torch from Eraiyur Church to the College Campus, where it was finally lit by our third year student sports achievers. The Chief Guest took the salute of the impressive March past of the Four Houses.(St.Charles, St.Joseph, Adrien Bresy and St Teresa).The students entered into the spirit of occasion in a grand way by taking oath. Various athletic and field events were conducted. At the end, the winners were declared and there was certificate & medal distribution. The overall Championship was won by the St.Charles House. Individual Championship for Men was backed by K.George (St.Charles) of III CS and the Individual Championship for Women was backed by Princyjenifer of II-Physics.
