The First Graduation Day of St Charles College of Arts and Science, Eraiyur,was held on 6th April 2024 at 11:00 a.m.in the Adrien Brezzy Conference Hall of the college. This graduation day was a culmination of the academic success of the students who passed out in the year 2022-2023. The Graduation Address was delivered by Dr.S.Kadhiravan, Controller of Examinations, Periyar University, Salem.

Dr S.Kadhiravan, congratulated the graduates on their hard work and dedication gaining fruition on this day and in his Graduation Day Address, he said that this day marked a significant moment as they step out of the portals of their Alma Mater into the big world. He said that this is not the end but the beginning. He advised students to update themselves by adding various skills to their profile and to develop their employability skills in the competitive world and make them employable in the job market.At the same time he asked the women graduates to take up Post graduation.He advised them to compete and contribute to this growing world.

Rev.Sr Dr.Amali Anbarasi., Founder Provincial, Sisters of St.Charles Borromeo  presided over the Graduation ceremony.

Dr.S.William Suresh Kumar presented the graduates, of which 37 undergraduates received their degrees in person and 2 Graduates received the degrees in  in-absentia.

Rev.Sr. Fathima Rani, The Superior, Rev.Sr.Punitha, Founder Secretary,SCC, Rev.Sr.Maggie,Education Chairperson,Sisters of St.Charles Borromeo, graced the occasion.

Dr.S.William Suresh Kunar. Principal of the College administered the oath to the fresh graduates. Rev.Sr.Cynthia Robinson, Vice – Principal of the college, welcomed the gathering and introduced the chief guest.The HOD’s of concerned departments announced the names of the graduates from their respective faculties.

The Graduation ceremony witnessed the presence of parents and past and present faculty members of SCC.The ceremony  began with Invocation and concluded with the National Anthem.

In the afternoon session an alumini meet was conducted for the graduates and Rev.Fr.Arockiya Raj, gave a special address in the Alumini meet.
