An Orientation Programme was held on 01st July 2025 at St. Charles College to warmly welcome the first-year students and guide them as they embark on their academic journey.

 

The morning session featured a keynote address by Mr. Ranjith K. Alphonse, a Certified Counselor Psychologist from Jakarta. His interactive and inspiring session helped students explore important themes such as adjusting to college life, time management, managing stress, building self-confidence, and personal development. The students responded enthusiastically and found the session highly valuable for their transition into college life.

 

The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks, acknowledging the efforts of the organizers and the valuable contribution of the guest speaker.

 

In the afternoon session, a Staff Orientation Programme was conducted for the faculty members. Mr. Ranjith addressed key topics including supporting student mental health, fostering effective communication, and creating a positive academic atmosphere. The session encouraged active discussion and was well-received by the staff.
