The second Carlo Cultural Fest was celebrated with great joy and enthusiasm on January 31, 2025, at St. Charles College of Arts & Science.

 

Dr. J. Stalin Selvaraj, Assistant Professor of English at Government Arts and Science College, Trichy, and a Zee Tamil personality, graced the event as the Chief Guest. In his inspiring address, he highlighted the importance of education in fostering creativity and imagination and commended the college’s progress and students’ active participation in extracurricular activities.

 

The Department of English secured first place, followed by the Department of Commerce (second place) and the Department of Mathematics (third place) in the cultural competitions. The Chief Guest and the Management awarded trophies and certificates to the winners.

 

The event showcased spectacular dance performances, mime enactment, group singing, and an impressive Silambam performance by talented students.

 

The celebration was graced by Rev. Sr. Dr. Amali Anbarasi (Secretary), Dr. S. William Suresh Kumar (Principal), and Rev. Sr. Cynthia Robinson (Vice-Principal).

 

With enthusiastic participation from students and the entire Charlian family, the event was a resounding success.
