Village Outreach Programme by the Departments of Computer Science & Artificial Intelligence.

Date: 23 October 2026

Venue: Pugaipatti Village

Theme: Avoid Plastic – Reduce, Recycle, Reuse

The Departments of Computer Science & Artificial Intelligence, St. Charles College of Arts and Science, Eraiyur, successfully organised a Village Outreach Programme at Pugaipatti on 23.10.2026 on the theme “Avoid Plastic – Reduce, Recycle, Reuse.”

Our students conducted an awareness rally, carried placards highlighting the harmful effects of plastic, and visited local shops to distribute paper bags as an eco-friendly alternative to plastic bags. They also created awareness among shopkeepers and villagers about protecting the environment and reducing plastic usage.

We sincerely thank our Chief Guest, Thiru. Senthil, Councillor, Pugaipatti, for his valuable support and encouragement.

The programme promoted environmental responsibility, community engagement, and social awareness among our students.

Together for a Greener Tomorrow! 🌿

Thank you to the management, Principal, staff members, and students for their valuable cooperation in making this programme successful.
