| Blood Donation CampDate: 01 October 2026 Organized by the NSS Committee, St. Charles College of Arts and Science, Eraiyur. The NSS Committee of St. Charles College of Arts and Science, Eraiyur, in association with the Blood Bank, Ulundurpet, organized a Blood Donation Camp on the college campus on Thursday, 01 October 2026. The camp aimed to create awareness among students and staff about the importance of voluntary blood donation and to encourage them to contribute towards saving precious lives. A total of 31 units of blood were collected during the camp, reflecting the generous participation and social commitment of the college community. Dignitaries and Addresses Rev. Sr. Dr. Amali Anbarasi, Secretary, delivered the felicitation address and appreciated the NSS Committee, medical team and blood donors for their valuable service to society. Dr. S. William Suresh Kumar, Principal, delivered the motivational address, encouraging students and staff to actively participate in voluntary blood donation and other social service initiatives. The medical team conducted the necessary medical screening and supervised the blood donation process to ensure its smooth and safe execution. Participation and Appreciation Students, staff and NSS volunteers actively participated in the camp, ensuring its successful conduct. The District Secretary of the Congress Party, along with party leaders, appreciated the blood donors and presented prizes in recognition of their noble service. A Meaningful Contribution to Society The camp collected 31 units of blood, reflecting the spirit of compassion, social responsibility and community service among the college community.
